The End?

This blog is probably nearing the end of its lifetime. I'm not quite ready to give it up quite yet, but posting will be rare in the months to come.

There are two reasons for this:
1) Lack of time. I've now started my LLM course and will not have much time or energy for blogging.
2) I'm too depressed to blog.

I've enjoyed writing this blog, but I really don't know if it served any useful purpose!

Well if nothing else, it has given me a good stream of privacy news to keep myself comfortably annoyed at CCTV...

Torsten, I understand your feelings. I have been blogging only for one year and I am wondering the same things...

Regardless, your blog has allowed our families to connect and reconnect. Seems to have served a very noble purpose! :-)

You are in our prayers. If you chose to "retire" from blogging, I will miss reading regularly.

Now I'm depressed..... I'm being very selfish here, but I hope you don't give it up all together. For the mostly selfish reasons listed below...

1. First the non-selfish reason. If you have enjoyed writing the blog, isn't that purpose enough?

2. So I can be "Fair and Balanced" in my thinking, who else is going to balance out Rush Limbaugh? ;-)

3. Where else am I going to get my political debate fix? Since leaving Denmark, I have always missed our political debates. It has been fun to be able discuss politics again, even if it has only been over cyberspace.

4. Since the American media doesn't fill us in on much of what is going on in Europe, how am I going to keep informed on what is going on in the rest of the world?

5. The last reason is totally selfish, since I know that you are busy with school, but I would really miss reading it.
